Another week, another loss.

So I have been sticking to the diet like no tomorrow. I did Core which means I can only eat food that are on a list, natural and healthy. I think my loss would have been greater if I didn't have a big steak the night before, so hopefully this week I'll lose a bigger amount. Although we are going to Detroit/Windsor for the weekend so it may be harder to eat healthy. But I think I can do it!

So this week I lost 1.2 pounds taking me down to 195.6 with a total loss of 8.8 pounds.
