Today Aaron and I biked from DuWe (Dundas West) down to Lakeshore across to Cherry St., over to Leslie and onto the spit. The spit is a manmade piece of land that juts out into Lake Ontario. It is about 5km long and is the destination for lots of concrete rubble. But yet, it is still kinda pretty.Now there is lots of plant life and different varieties of birds.
From the spit there is a great view of the city… and it did make for a very nice bike ride!
