Spa at the Diplomat

The one thing I hate about evening flights is what to do with yourself after you check out of your hotel. Well, I have found an answer. Go to the spa! 

After searching around I decided that I wanted to try out the spa at the Diplomat. The spa isn't located at the hotel on the beach, instead the spa is located at the Country Club golf course which is about a mile inland from the beach hotel. The grounds and facilities are beautiful.

Lucky for us, I was able to find a two for one special on massages which worked out perfectly. They have beautiful facilities including steam, sauna, hot tub and a beautiful outdoor pool. Perfect for killing some time before our flight. 

The massages themselves were pretty awesome. Zak and I both agreed that they were pretty good! I'm used to a stronger more functional massage that is meant to really work my muscles, so it was nice to have a massage where I was almost put to sleep I was so relaxed. 

The heated pool gets sunlight until about 5 so we sunbathed with the occasional dip in the salt water pool. The perfect way to end the trip.
