Two Months into P90X

After 2 months of hard core P90X time, I think I'm seeing some results. We are still eating healthy, exercising daily and working hard to hit that 90 day mark.

Where I'm noticing the most change is my shoulders and the top of my chest. Now to just shed some more pounds so that I can get some pecs. 

I did have a bit of a break while in Florida last week but it seems to have had very little effect on my weight and strength. The workouts are almost memorized now but I still need the videos to keep me in line. 

I really enjoy the cardio components and I'll make sure to maintain them when we are in Australia. I feel I'm consistently getting better at yoga and the exercises are getting easier. Looks like December 20th will be the ninetieth day...

  • I have lost over 12 pounds but I think I have gained muscle and definition.
  • I am now able to fit into my wedding shirt and vest again.
  • Brad is doing great on the program too! He has lost 15lbs.!

Note: I have two scars. The lower scar is from my apendix being removed a month before our wedding. The higher up scar is from a feeding tube I had for 2.5 months when I had nerve damage and I couldn't swallow.
