Happy New Year! Australia Style!

We got to experience New Years in Sydney...and it didn't disappoint. The experience was surreal... dancing on the harbour in front of the Opera House, watching fireworks... A-mazing.
We purchased tickets to the Botanical Gardens. It wasn't cheap, but it was so worth it. We had reserved seating right against the water and a sit down meal. The food was good for a catering style type of meal.
The first set of fireworks was at 9PM, the second set of course right at midnight. We were able to have an amazing view of the show and get some awesome pictures. I know there are a lot, but take a look... I'm quite proud of myself... and my tripod. I'm so glad I took it!
We danced to some great dance music... all the stuff that I love, Rihanna, Guetta, etc. So much fun. A couple of times it hit me that I'm on Sydney harbor dancing away with my husband, having an amazing time.
